Second Cousin Grady!

Earlier this summer, Emmet and I got a chance to visit with my cousin Julie and her little boy, Grady (aka E's second cousin). They were staying with Memaw for a night, so the boys got to run around together!

Love for Ben

Emmet is clearly very excited to see his cousin Ben tomorrow at the lake! His expressions are too funny!!



A few things: He starts saying, "Moomba, moomba" because the Roomba had just been there and he is obsessed with it. And Chad is messing with Emmet's light saber in the background because it broke. I just thought you might be wondering about that :)

This is what was on my mind as I went to Emmet's room to see why everything was so quiet.

My sweet boy was sitting quietly and reading a book.

I love him so much and am so proud I could cry. I know this isn't a big deal, but he just has the sweetest little heart. I hope Chad, God and I can protect that heart and keep it sweet forever.
