When we leave he says, "Bye-bye, home!"
If he's looking for something, thinking, etc. he says, "Ummmm, thhht" (like a mouth clicking noise. I am trying to get video of it!)
Runs into the kitchen yelling, "Here he comes!!!"
Says hi and bye to inanimate objects... on the way to a diaper change, "Bye-bye, Slide!"
Loves toothbrushes
"Dar bbbbast!!" translation: car fast
Calls all circles "Roomba"
Gets frustrated when he can't play with or drive the cars on his shirt or in a book.
And, his prayer last night:
Me: Emmet, what would you like to thank Jesus for?
E: kitty cat
Me: anything else?
E: more kitty cats
Me: ok, anything else?
E: onions
Me: all right. Jesus, thank you for all the kitty cats and for onions. We love you. Amen.
E: amen!
